Infrastructure for D’Batavia is an investment into the development and construction of Hotel D’Batavia, a condotel in Menteng, a subdistrict in Central Jakarta, Indonesia. The works involved consist of water works and infrastructure development. Menteng is one of the prime area in Central Jakarta due to the easy access to service centres and nearby to the central business district. It has also become one of the most expensive areas for residential real estate in Jakarta. 

Hotel D’Batavia is a 16-storey hotel with 640 rooms. The building is currently constructed up to 12 storeys, with four more storeys due to be completed. Once completed, it will be operated as a condotel, a hybrid of a condominium and hotel. Facilities at Hotel D’Batavia include fitness centre, spa, swimming pool, meeting rooms and karaoke.
